Today, McDonald’s customers, employees, crew and licensees help us actively support families in their local communities, contributing an average of $15m a year to support 23% of Ronald McDonald House’s operating expenses across the country, and significant in-kind support.
This ongoing support helps us reach families at scale through national awareness, fundraising in their restaurants and our long-term partnership.
Ronald McDonald House ACT & South East NSW is independently governed and operated. Our impact relies on the support and funding from our community, and with many partners working together.
McDonalds do not run or fully fund Ronald McDonald House®- but they support us, and they help the community support us too. This collective generosity enables us to deliver our essential services, support and care for families across Canberra and southeast NSW.
